The accuracy of rolling thickness adjustment in conditions of high-frequency disturbances taking into account the speed of roll setting devices

In the continuous mills, where strip thickness at entrance contains a high-frequency component caused by eccentricity of rolls previous cage, effectiveness AGC-systems for regulating rolled product depends on speed operation hydraulic roll setting devices (HRSD). Analytical substantiation transfer functions AGC-system and undercut, taking into account real HRSD has been carried out. The frequency characteristics are analytically determined. It proven that with available HPD in interval rotation frequencies support inherent cold rolling (ω= 5 – 15 s-1), amplitude-frequency characteristic (AFC) is almost linear. AFC depending time constant T ratio modulus rigidity MΠ to stand МK varies within wide limits from A(5)=0.05 (at ω = 5s-1; T=0.01 s; MΠ/MK 1) A(15)=0.48 s-1; 0.01 4). At same time, variation outlet cage meets requirements thin cold-rolled products high precision. proved under conditions regulation according AGC-algorithm amplitude oscillations smaller than gap decreases an increase close linear law. Such linearity creates basis application adaptive algorithms determining actual fluctuations automated systems compensating rolls.
